Adrian has been a pioneer coach and mentor since 1987

Adrian has had significant coaching experience and results. In 1997 he was the first graduate (in the world) to complete a 4-year accredited program with Michael Gerber’s internationally acclaimed E-Myth Mastery Program. Through that program he completed the 21-module course by annual visits to Santa Rosa in the USA and twice-monthly telephone coaching calls over 4 years. Subsequently, he coached 20 small business owners over 10 years to achieve significant growth and change in their business and personal lives through the insights gained in the E-Myth Mastery Program.

In 2004 he completed the 9-month Coaching Program of the world-renowned Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and was awarded the Certified Hudson Institute Coach designation. Two years later he completed certification requirements for Master Certified Coach, one of only 200 in the world, with the International Coach Federation which has over 11,000 members worldwide.

He is well known for his one to one coaching of CEOs since 1987 through TEC and a pioneer of mentoring in Australia within the same organisation, as well as in small to large organisations both private and public. He is the longest serving TEC Chair in Australia. During this time, he has been well respected, demonstrated perception, patience, sensitivity and caring for the welfare and learning of CEOs, ensuring that he did not step ahead or fall behind them. His role has been one of leading people to their own discoveries and personal development in an exciting and challenging way through action learning, thus helping them to enhance their lives and become more effective as CEOs.

He has won numerous awards for his excellent work over the past years including:

  • Communications Award – 1995

A number of these awards have been discontinued.

In 2003, he was presented with the Donald Cope award and recognised as the top Coach in the Vistage/TEC organisation world wide. Then in 2011, he was selected for the Robert Nourse award by Vistage/TEC for service to the organisation in Chair Development, Chairing and commitment to the organisation.
