Adrian Geering has undertaken many in-house consulting assignments in a wide variety of organisations.
His approach focuses on all levels of the organisation and across the breadth of organisation activities with great practical outcomes. He involves as many people as possible in the change process to win their heart and minds in seeing possibilities. He was a Chartered Member of the Institute of Management Consultants for over 15 years.

Adrian Geering works with Chief Executives and senior managers in facilitating strategic planning, team building, diagnosing organisation needs and installing long term change processes with definitive outcome and actions. He empowers the people so that the process is the product.

He has personally facilitated conducted 110 Strategic Plans, 63 Enterprise Reviews and implemented Improvement Plans in a diverse range of organisations, as well as facilitated 25 Organisation Diagnostic Studies. He has restructured a number of companies and has facilitated Team Development Activities in a range of companies.
